The Old School House is close to Church Road and Lawrence Hill roundabout in Barton Hill. It’s a quiet area, deceptively close to the city centre with good transport links and no restrictions on on-street parking.

There are 25 workspaces, mainly art studios, ranging from 124 sq ft to 2,000 sq ft. There is a large and beautifully light complex of creative spaces suitable for anyone working with materials and light equipment.
What services can you offer?
The building is supervised and inspected daily by our management team. Access can be arranged 24/7 and further facilities and support services are available through the Reception at Easton Business Centre.
